Frequently Asked Questions
Why should I use
Tell Me Straight
?
Tell Me Straight
is like “1-800-How’s-My-Driving” or a suggestion-box at your local restaurant. But
Tell Me Straight
is better than the old fashioned comments-box, because it has the convenience of email-like correspondence. Like email, the system allows people to send messages back and forth multiple times. But unlike traditional email or online discussion boards, messages from the commenter remain completely anonymous and confidential (there is no security-defying feature like "caller-id").

How do I get started? If you want to get critiques:
Click on the link below to set up your own anonymous and confidential critique page. The tool uses Google accounts to sign in. You can customize your page to explain who you are and what type of feedback is invited. After clicking Submit, you will be redirected to your new critique page. Note down or bookmark the address, because you will need to give this to the employees you want feedback from.

If you want to give a critique:
You will need the exact web identity of the person you wish to critique so that you can be directed to that critique page. The person who has requested critiques can either give you a full web address to get directly to the correct page, or can give you just his or her identifier to supply after you click "Click Here," below. You will be given an option of creating a “handle” or alias, or remaining nameless. You then simply write a message in the field provided, and click Submit. A new private web page will be automatically generated and displayed when there is a reply to your critique, if you used a handle. A confidential link to that reply will automatically be given to you immediately when you submit your comment.
